ok My big midas male is taking up a growout
i want to toss him in my 220 with the arrows some sevs , and a big male JD
Ok bad idea i can see, female jag,
most concerned re the arrows
if he thrashed em I'd get pretty upset
thing is it's my least crowded tank:screwy:
due to various murders that have occurred (only midas i have left)

The only way to really know is to try it. Based on your experiance with it so far does it seem aggresive? If it has a habit of killing fish, ramming glass etc. then I would be very careful. I do suggest moving it when you know you're going to be home for a day or two for observation.

Do what I do. Pop him in and wait a few days to see what happens. Just don't fill up his old tank with anything else yet. It works out sometimes and other times you're pretty much playing doctor afterwards. A midas can take care of himself most cases like mine it's the others you need to worry about since they're mild.

It worked for me just be ready to whip him out if things get nasty.
