Yep, just don't get the funky glow in the dark ect ones some of them carry. Just get plain old worms lol
 
I know that! They looked like regular red wrigglers to me, and I cut them into pieces and washed with super hot water, then cold. 6 pieces, eel ate one, endli at 5. LOL so I put a full one under hot water, then cold, and my fire eel finally ate something besides bloodworms. I'm happy lol, hopefully there not poisoned worms and my fish die...

I feed those to my fish all the time, just wash them with normal water so they can still fresh. And yes they are red wrigglers.
