is it safe

could a needle fish live with a lima shovel nose catfish or would it get eaten. what if i had a big needle with a small lima but not too small could thay live for life

Nope once the catfish was bigger it will get eaten sometime.

yah i was pretty sure it wouldn't work for long but when could the catfish eat it if the needle fish was 9-10'' could the catfish eat it when it was like 12''

My Lima could take down a 10" needle fish pretty easily. He has amazed me at some of the stuff that he has shoved in his mouth. (he's about 15")
