is it sick or just young?

i bought a new pleco today and was wondering if it is sick or just real young? He is only about an inch to an inch and a half long.
Here are some pics of him plz help

Undernourished give him some veggies. Zucchini is a favorite.

ok cool he is in a 20 gallon he is about and inch long

Boy that's pretty tiny. Well they love any kind of veggies: peppers (not spicy), cucumber, romaine lettuce, sweet potato, mushrooms they also like fruits as well like melon.

That plec should be in at least a 75gal tank IMO.

Give him zucchinni and sweet potato. Rub a litlle garlic on the zucc. That will get him to eat. Good luck. Make sure nothing is picking on him.
