Is it toxic?

I have just set up a DIY CO2 system on my tank, while I was at work it seems the foam from the pop bottle made it's way into the tank. When I got home I could not see the back of the tank, I'm doing a few water changes to help clear the water. Is the yeast mix harmful to fish?

Too much...yes.

Keep up the water changes and keep tabs on the water chemistry.
