I have a 3 inch piranha and the guy at the pet store said it was full grown. The guy looks like a idiot but i am just wondering.

they do get big up to 12"

Piranhasa grow big if given good food, time and water conditions

I've had mine a year, i got them at 3", theyre now about 7-8"

I have just bought a 2" Rhombeus, he will have the 30 gallon tank to himself for a while, as he grows very slowly indeed, id probably have to wait 15 years to see him fully grown.
