Is it worth it buying a 1.75 inch Zaire frontosa for 30 bucks a piece?

If its worth it to you....sure. My girl just bought a pair of wild Kipili frontosas for $200. Male is about 12" and the female is about 6"

I'd say thats about market value for zaires. There will always be cheaper and more expensive but I think thats pretty fair.
