Well, as the headline says my bleheri is a bit of a puzzle to me..

I recently bought a bleheri, and while it eats bloodworms, hikari pellets and so on, with great appetite, it refuses to eat live food!
I gave it some feeders 3 days ago and they are still happily swimming around enjoying them selfs!..well, i though it might just wanted something different than fish, so today i tried with some live freshwater shrimps..same thing they are busy cleaning my tank:grinno:

While it is no big deal, i can still give it dry food, i was just wondering if you have had similar experiences? i have had other snakeheads in the past and they ate pretty much anything that was put into the tank..

Hope you guys have some input..
thanks!

i think its pretty cool, most people have a hard time teaching predatory fish to eat prepared food, consider yourself lucky...but if you really want to feed it live food, starve it for a while with the feeders in the tank, it'll eat it...

if yours channa will be realy hungry they will eat them

your off to a good start, you got your bleheri off live food with out even trying.....i bow befor you master fish keeper:ROFL:

dude... consider uRself lucky... many pple wished they had fishes like uR's... LoL...

Okay!, i have thrown in the towel!..it just wont eat the feeders:D
So, now it is back to bloodworms, hikari pellets and so on....
Thanks for the help guys!
