Is my cichlid sick?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i do once every 3 week, but my other fishs don't have it.

That's not enough unless you have 10 guppies in a 55. Fish are constantly defecating and
urinating in the water. Poisons build up, reduce the immune system of the fish, and lets diseases and bacteria which might not have become serious, become a threat.

The fact that only one fish seems to show it has nothing to do with water quality. One fish always gets sick first.

Hell, do a 50% water change (dechlorinated).ASAP!!. Im able to see cloudy eyes. This is a symptom of bacterial infliction. If not treated with anti fungal or anti bacterial meds, he might get a fungal infection on his mouth and fins. Change the water and add a tea spoon of aquarium salt per 5gallon of water. Salt will slow down bacterial and fungal growth. And finally treat it with anti fungal or anti ich. ASAP!!. sorry for my poor English.
