Yes, your tank would be considered overstocked. The problems you will run into, will be that the bioload of all those fish when full grown adults will be too large for you to keep up with unless you feel like doing large water changes every day; and you will likely have some aggression issues. Since your fish are kind of packed in there, the overstocking may limit the aggression, but the fish will probably just hover in place trying to stay out of each others' way, instead of exhibiting normal behavior. Also, this is aside from the point, but your fish would appreciate different water; the texas lives above limestone in nature and prefers hard water with a higher pH, while the other fish are from south America and would prefer softer water.
Odd man out is the texas, If it were me I would remove him. the rest of the fish, you might be able to get to coexist in that tank, though they will likely require at least a couple large WC's a week to keep the water from becoming saturated with fish pee. Removing the green terror as well, would probably be the best move. 3 severums and the blue acara, would be a better stock level, IMO.
