Is my clown knife sick?

My knife has been acting strange lately. He is "coughing" a lot. He is resting at the botton a lot, and not inside his home like he usually does. And he has started scratching himself on the clay pots all the time. He wasent didnt eat very well tonight, but that might be because I fed him yesterday a lot and I usually only feed him every other day.

So what is up with my clown knife?

Might have an interal parasite. There are meds out there to treat it.
