I just tested my water, and my Ammonia is at zero, Nitrite is at 0, and Nitrate is at 80 ppm. Does this mean my cycle is complete? Or should I add more ammonia to it? Also my pH is down to 6.2...

How long have you been cycling it? Did your nitrite spike and come back down? If you can add enough ammonia to raise it to 2ppm and it disappears overnight with no nitrite present, you're cycled.

Yea, my nitrite spiked very high to where it was unreadable by the test strips I use, I have been cycling for 3 weeks now. I added more ammonia and I'm going to test again in the morning, but I have run out of ammonia test strips and my LFS is closed... I'm going to check for nitrite in the morning and if it has disappeared I will do one more small dose of ammonia tomorrow and buy my first few fish on Monday.
