My male electric blue paired up with my dominant female in the tank and they gave me about 130 or so fry that was about two and a half weeks ago.... Today I moved the fry out of my 55 gallon and put them in a grow out tank with the mother. Once I removed my dominant female from the tank with the fry and put my other female back in the 55 gallon with the electric they began lip locking and he is showing her his colors I moved everything around in the tank to ensure it wasn't a area dominance thing, and they are still lip locking it has been going on for about 10 to 15 mins. S I'm just wondering if one male can and will mate with multiple females or if I need to remove her from the tank....

My male Salvini has 2 females in his tank. He spawned with one (we'll call her Wife1 for confusion sake), when I removed the fry he got mad at Wife1 and kicked her out to the other side of the tank. He then decided to spawn with Wife2. When I moved those fry out, he kicked Wife2 out and now has some wigglers with Wife1. When I moved these fry out and if he goes back to Wife2 I will definitely consider him pimp stauts. I think it's very possible and frankly I'm a little jealous.

Congrats on your fry...
But the new Female & your EBJD are not mating. Sounds like a battle for dominance & winner will be the new boss of that tank.
So (NO) your EBJD is not a pimp...
But to answer your question (YES) they can pair off with other JD's, but there are reasons not to do this. I won't go over them right now, but enjoy trying to pimp him out.
Good Luck

Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to pimp him out haha I was just wondering if they were pairing up because he did the same thing with the female that he already paired up with they have stopped with the lip locking and the female is at the top of the tank should I remove her or just keep an eye on them there has been no aggression since they stopped the lip locking

The female (LOST)...
Moving to the top of the tank is normal behavior for losing JD over dominance.
You can keep her in there, but keep an eye on her because the dominant one will pick on her & may kill her.

Good Luck
-Jill ;)
