please can someone help I’ve been trying for two weeks now and feel like he’s going to give up. He keeps spinning going upside down and to his side ive tried peas, starving, aquarium salt, swim bladder treatment and Epsom salt today for 20 minuets he is pooing thin white/see through I can’t tell if he is bloated anywhere but if I hold him it’s like I can feel the weight difference in him I do have a video of him but it’s too long to post it

thankyou also this all seem to kick off after treating him for hole in the head he is all clear from that now but don’t know if the medicine for that has made him ill like this
I would keep the water pristine and treat him for parasites. Is he eating? Do you have a picture?
That's actually fairly reasonable. The fish might need antibiotics that only a vet can prescribe.
