Is my Hystrix pregnant?

For about 3 days now she's been very pale and pretty lethargic. All the other tankmates are fine, and parameters are testing good. Based on the photo, and the awkward lumps, do you think she's pregnant?

bumps seem to be too far forward for pregnancy. Perhaps internal gas build up? Was she an aggressive eater before?

She's a crazy aggressive eater. Sometimes going past food to keep other rays from eating
