Anyone have an opinion about this fish? Or is it still too small to tell?

I don't see any blue on the the lower jaw, which would be a female trait.

Ok, that's good. It's still pretty small, maybe 3", and it's hard to get a clear picture because it never sits still. Hoping its male. Will try to get a better picture.
