To me it just looks bloated. The jack dempseys face looks deformed the belly could be a deformity as well.

JDs (being egg layers) technecally))do not really get pregnant, developing eggs in females does make them a bit round, and they can get egg bound, but as kelly-aquatics said, what's in your photo is probably not eggs.

That fish looks like a male too, so definitely leaning on the bloated side.

It just got like that maybe this past week. Any ideas on how thos could happen and is there a remedy

Bloating could happen due to a couple of reasons. But the safest way to treat it is the same for almost all cases.
Good warm water, epsom salt in tank, don't feed for 2-3 days , after that start with epsom salt soaked foods. Feed less, almost half of what you'd generally feed.
