Is my math correct?

Reeflo hammerhead gold, 272 watts, if my electricity costs roughly .045 per KwH it will only cost 9 bucks per month to run this? i was looking at energy effecient models, but that doesnt seem bad at all.heres what i did for math 272*24*365/12/1000*.045= 8.90 glad i payed a little attention in math class

Your math is correct....way to pay attention in class

But, your yearly average is high. The heater won't operate as often depending on room temperature, heat effects from lighting, etc. Your yearly average will be about half.
