Is my paradise sick?

I notice she is very overweight. I rescued her from my work place. They were keeping her in a 3 gallon tank! I know they fed her larger portions. She seems to be doing fine, but she is just really... Well fat!! Her eyes seem to come out of her head a little, but not very much. Not sure if that's normal or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Clean water does wonders. Feed it lightly and do plenty of water changes over the next couple of weeks. It should be fine but if you see any signs of trouble post some new pics and will adress it. Nice save.
