Nice looking silver. I dont know if there is a way to tell m or f with them. How big? what size tank? any tankmates?
Thanks, he's about 20 inches and is in a 125 gallon tank. I know, too small!!
He has some plecos, sun cats, silver dollars, Florida Gar and 2 CK's for tankmates. He has DE on the other side when he went through his jumping stage. Now he is calm and is King!

Thanks Bderick, your silvers look great also. I just clicked on your link. Will they eat the Firemouths and is the pine needle plant real or plastic? Sweet setup!

Those are some older pics they are no longer with the FMs or any of the gouramis. Currently I have them with 4 Red bay snooks that are about 5" and a few loaches and catfish too (all under 5"). There is always a chnce I may loose some fish, but my two silver don't seem to view the smaller fish as a food source.
The plants are fake I picked them up at Hobby Lobby which is a craft store we have here in my area.
Looks good. But like Bderick said there is no surefire way to tell male from female unless one drops eggs.
