As we all (might) know, this is my first go round with all of the species of creni I keep...My Sveni is showing a red belly...From what I have seen, most pikes who go red on the tummy are female, is this the case with Sveni? (PS I hope it is a female)
Yesh, but don't just look towards the red belly with Saxatilis pikes. Check out the dorsal. Females will have a black blotch in their dorsal, as well as some white trim on it. Not as much as Lugubris most times, but its still there.
Even though her dorsal is down, you can clearly see the blotch.
