is my tank over stocked?

i have 5 clown loaches about 4inch. one redtailshark. two spiney eels 6-7inch as big as they get. a senegal bichir still a baby. 1 angel fish. and pleco all in a 72 gallon.
so my question is can I add more or no?

It might get a little cramped once all of the clown loaches grow to their adult size, but they grow extremely slowly so you should be fine for now. However, if your pleco is a common pleco, then you will need to get rid of it because it will outgrow your tank.
