Is my tank over stocked

I have a 60 gallon tank with a top fin 75 and a marine land penguin 100 for the filters the tank is stocked with a blood parrot a gold sevrum 'a striped Rafael and 7 guppies if it is not over stocked what can I add and if it is what should I get rid of

Those guppies are gonna be snacks for the severum one day

The tank should be fine but the guppies will be eaten soon
