Can someone take a look at this list and see if my tank is over loaded?

5x 1" Indonesian Datnoids
5x Rosy Barbs
1x Candy stripe pleco L015
2x Red Severum 2"

90 gallon tank (48x18x24 dims). 20gallon wet/dry sump filter + power heads for water movement.

This is just a grow out tank, but even so I want to make growing out as stable as possible for my fish.

Not yet, but very soon! What is your nitrate reading? How often do you do water changes?

it isn't overstocked now at this size, but definitely keep an eye on those parameters as the fish grow

Everything is testing out at 0.0 right now. PH is some where around 7-7.5. I didn't check the hardness cause the range is so wide that it doesn't matter.

I do 20% water changes every week, acutally going to do one later on today.

Yeah I realize it's going to be super overloaded in about 6 months which is alright. I'll have my 240g setup and my Datnoids are going in there. The Severums will be staying with the rosy barbs and I'll probably be getting an arowana to go into the datnoid tank, just have to wait for the datnoids to become not so bite sized.

how long has the tank been running? as they grow probably up the water change percentage or frequency. dats grow fairly fast until they get a few inches on them. are severums that mild mannered that they can stay with the rosy barbs (i don't know much about cichlids)?

The Severums are super mild when it comes to cichlids. They hide most of the time and the only aggression I've ever heard about is when they start breeding.

The tank has been running for a solid 5 months now, would've been 5 but I had an outbreak of ich that killed everything. I broke everything down, sanitized everything, and started the tank back up.

Only fighting in the tank right now are between the Dats.
