So ive gave my tank a good scrub, took as much dirt as I could out of it, but there's just a few spots which theres speckles of algae left, is this okay?, I was planing on getting my salt and live sand later on. And how long should I let my tank cycle? I'm using tap water, and doing a FOWLR tank.

Thanks
(pics are of algae/dirt)

Yes its okay. The dried up algae/hard water spots dont contain anything that will be harmful. The rate of which a tank cycles is different for every tank based on salinity, amount of LR/base rock and catalyst for the ammonia. Your tank will probably cycle for about 3-6 weeks. There are products that speed up the process but I have never used them. I personally recommend the dead prawn over using chemicals. I dont believe in speeding up a natural process but people say it works.

I jump started the cycle with LR - no need to add fish until nitrates are 20ppm or less. The ONLY way to know this is by testing the water with a test kit for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate.

Okay, was just wondering when can I put my live sand and live rock in? Cause I'm gonna use tap water (with conditioner)?
And if I get 4-5lbs of live rock for the cycling. How long should it cycle for ?
Thanks

I see you say you're going to add live rock and sand they should be in the tank for the cycle. Are you adding salt as well tap water and conditioner is not going to get the right salinity. Marcorocks.com for dry rock for your tank free shipping.

So I shouldn't mix tap water, conditioner and salt at the same time ?

Mix your salt and get your salinity correct before you put water conditioner into it.
