Hey you MFKer's! My young 2.5" Dovii which is close to 3"es now have these very small dots all over its body like bellow the line and above the line...and has a very slight but hard to notice slope...well not slope but a groove like a hump but do males have these spots? or does female carry these spots?

No pic.. but.. it's near impossible to tell at that size.
My female displayed spots above and below the lateral line until she reached 5.5" or so, then they faded away. The spots are actually still there they are just bronze color and blend in with the rest of her body.

If it is anything like my jag, he was striped till hi hit the nine inch mark. I thought for sure I had a female. Now I know I have a male. At that size you just about have to be intimate with the fish to know for sure. 
well right now its pretty hard to find the lil guys since i had my tank be a lush planted tank and he is moving around in their like true predator waiting for food...plus if i want to take a pic i'd have to take all the plants out which i can't do since i have over 13 different plants which are quite large...
i'll figure a way out until then you guys have to wait unless you guys think i should just wait when its abit larger then show you it...?
