I noticed that my yellow jacket cichlid cichlid has puffy cheek which was a little red i did some research and found that this could be a sign of a Aeromonas infection im not a 100% sure but i also dont want to take a risk and im not able to add methalyn blue either cuz i have a ghost knife fish living in the same tank and with past experience i know that it is lethal for a ghost knife fish please lmk what to do asap
