By far, (in my opinion) Ocean Free seems to have the best packaging and marketing to give a good first impression on their brand. Though i'm curious to know if any of you reading this have had good experiences with their pellets for flowerhorns, particularily Kamfas. Their pellets are quite costly compared to other brands, and those, "other brands" seem to be more popular among other flowerhorn keepers for a cheaper price.

I'm about to bring home a baby kamfa soon, therfore i'm wondering if these pellets are as good as advertised. I'm on the lookout for the best pellets on offer as a staple diet for my soon to be kamfa.

And also, suggest me some other possible high quality pellets for a kamfa other than ocean free (if there are any). I currently have some Hikari Cichlid Bio-Gold+ leftovers currently. I'd like to know also if those are any good for a kamfa in terms of enchancing the pearls and coluration as well as body structure. Because if they are, than i guess i should stick to them instead.

It's the ingredients that count with food, not the picture on the front. Can't see an ingredient list on the pics you posted, but my general rule of thumb is that if it's a flowerhorn-marketed food from Asia, it's crap.
