Is Python my best choice?

I am getting ready to order a WC system and wanted to ask if Python is the way to go or are there better systems (in the same price range) out there?

Just buy a general duty garden hose for 10$. If your hooking it up to a sink they have adapters at lhs.

I was looking at the vaccum part also can you get a adapter to add this onto the other end also? Sorry mechnical I'm not

Just go to the hardware store, PVC pipe section. Take a chunk of pipe and an end cap. Drill a hole in the cap and attach your hose to it with the fitting you buy. Someone will help you at the store.

The only negative to what I suggested is, you can't see when all the turds are gone. Maybe you could find a clear pipe and make it. Or cut a window in it and silicone a piece of plexi in. Also might want to put a valve in the hose to control flow if you use sand as a substrate. You can buy those pumps for filling waterbeds at hardware stores too. I don't use my pump, I just siphon out the door. If I am lucky, someday the dog will push the door and get away, but that is a whole other story.

LOL, it sounds like we are doing about the same as this point i am running it out the window. I would just like to turn a valve and have it empty the water into the sick then turn the valve and be able to fill it back up without a bucket in sight. I live in the beautiful far northwest mountains and somedays just cracking that windows sucks.

I made one using the $10 aqueon faucet adapter, 50' of pvc tubing from lowes, and basic gravel vac I've been using with buckets for years.

I've used a see through funnel, 40' of clear flexible tubing and some silicon. Pretty cheap but works. I used a hose to refill from a sink. Get it brand new and dedicate it to the tank only and that works.

Yeah.....the big oscars are killing me....all I have now is a tube with a ten foot hose and I have to open a door or window...the Rockies in december is no place to be doing that.
