Is Sand Dab fillet safe to feed my fish?

I caught several lbs of sand dabs at the sea and was wondering if it's safe to feed my fish those?

Sand Dab is a sole (flat flounderlike fish). Caught some of these too along with vermillion rockfish last fall.

I've fed salt water items to my fresh water fish with no ill effects, but not on a regular basis. brine shrimp, frozen shrimp, pollock, krill, salmon.
they're cool looking fish though, I'd be tempted to get salty.
anyone know if there are fresh water, native equivalents?

I have never seen a freshwater fish equivalent to sand dab. You can try rays.
