I use this...

Sera pond Sturgeon Granules was developed for targeted feeding the impressive sterlets in garden ponds. The sinking granulated food keeps its shape for a long time also in water and does not cloud the water. Therefore it meets the nutritional habits of the bottom-orientated sturgeons. The well balanced vitamin addition enhances the growth and vitality of the fish.

I may have to give it a try with my rays... They are being real picky one only eats earthworms still I have the bigger one eating MP though. It would be awesome though if I could get them on some type of sinking pellet.

Its not that easy to ween them onto pellets..just to let you know...
So far I have my method to ween all my Rays to MP and pellets.. I list them down below...

1) No matter the size of Ray to start with, most important step is to feed it as much as possible until it practically has a big tummy. Quite likely 2x or 3x feed a day to the max.

2) By now the ray's stomach would be pretty much expanded quite big due to the large feed. Ray will look like having a big camel hump.

3) In additional to the initial pumping up feed, always introduce the pellets and MP together with the live feed. This way, the ray is always tasting the pellet and MP. This is to get the ray used to the taste. MP should be cut into small loose chunks so its easy for the ray to put it into their mouths to taste. If too big they'll just ignore it.

4) After about 2 weeks of intensive feeding. Stop feed for about 1 or 2 days. It is utmost important that the ray at this point is FAT! On the 3rd day, feed extremely limited live food (E.g if usually take 10 feeder now give only 2) only at night while morning give pellet and MP. Initially it most likely won't take the pellet/MP.

5) Continue this way and it will start taking pellet/MP. Do monitor this last stage tho as some Rays are more stubborn than others so u may have to repeat the process all over again after a short period of stage (4).

So far I have been 100% successful in this method.
The basic idea is this.... who will feel more hungry when suddenly starved? A Fat man or a skinny man?

Disclaimer:
Please perform this method at your own disgression.
I do not take responsibility of anyone's ray who starves to death while undergoing the above treatment.
The above stated treatment works for me so far on 5 rays ranging from starting size of 5 inch to 8 inch.
Rays are PDRs and Motoros.
