Is Tenecor ever going to fix my tank?

I have been waiting for about a year now for Brian to get my incorrect size drains redrilled. My 360 gallon was built with 1" overflows. I have all the jigs and plumbing you guys sent but still no fix to the problem. Tenecor also sent to big of pumps that I have had to choke the flow with a ball valve resulting in high water temps in the tank. Whats the deal?

weird they are willing to ship a 750g to replace a defective 750g (we know who it is) but can't fix your drains?

I don't think anyone from tenecor even knows this thread exists. The contact here Ron Dileo no longer works for them.
