Is that lice ?

Hi everyone, I've got two motoro females from an lfs currently in a 100g QT tub, the bigger one seems to have some weird thing in her head, it doesn't look much like the photos on the internet of argulus, but I've no idea what it is and if it needs treatment, the big one has been with me for about a week now, still refusing to eat but not thin enough for me to force feed, the smaller female has come here two days ago, they were from the same lfs, and were in the same tank there, here's some pics:



Here's the big female when I got her.



Here's the odd thing in her head, I tried poking it with some vinyl hose but it didn't come off.



And the smaller female, has a crazy looking pattern I'm looking forward to her growth if she keeps all her ocelli.

Ah I see, thanks, somehow I remembered the bumps in that thread as big individual bumps, guess I remembered it wrong, it's a relief, now just gotta get them to eat consistently.
