is that the first stage of whit spot ?

my clown loache is ruubing his body against the gravel is that considered as the first stage in whit spot or it is a separate disease ?
i am asking because in the petstore in found a blue medicine called anti whitspot and another one called general aid and written on the bottle it is for torn fin and itching !

It is clearly a sign. I would start to raise the temp to 88-90 degrees now because with Clown Loaches they can succumb to ich very easily.

Thats what i did already...
increased the temp to 31 c and started the treatment with anti W S
So it is a sign ... not a different disease ... i was wondering because i saw 2 different medicne one for ich and one for WS
