Is the dwarf Bushynose really Dwarf?

Like the title says....
Also, what is the L#. I only saw reg.,albino, piebald, etc. on planetcatfish. That is w/o going through them all.

Never heard of any being called a dwarf, nor have I heard of selectively bred morph of dwarfs, although I suppose possible. Then again all Ancistrus are pretty small, usually only a few inches.
