Is the fighting or breeding

I have two tiger Oscars in the tank and they keep fighting as shown below in the video. Is this a breathing tendency or a fighting tendency? Is there a way to tell either way? Thanks for the help

Did you notice any digging or moving sand ?

Could be either, hard to say from the short video. Do you know the sexes of the oscars? How long have they been together, and any history of violence between them?
It does look to me like breeding behavior, could also just be a territorial spat. You will know one way or the other shortly

Yes, the smaller one is always (last couple of months) making/digging a huge crater
