Just wondering if there are any other things i can try for a food source for my motoro stingrays, right now they are on silversides, bloodworms, and redwigglers, would like to add a pellet to their diet if anyone has a recommendations on what i should try im all ears and even where to get it? thanks-Dan

Ive been using Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets and Bottom Feeder Shrimp sinking pellets. Sometimes it take awhile to get you rays to eat pellets. Could starve then for a few days then put the pellets in and feed them just those for a few more days then slowly start them back on their reg food you have been feeding them. That kinds gets the pellets introduced... Some of my Motoro's took to them rt off without starving, others I had to starve.. but those are the ones I use. Im sure there are others out there also..

Mine took a few weeks to switch from live worms and shrimp to first carnivore and. Cichlid gold pellets. And now am feeding them massive pellets.

Mine took to Massivore first then cichlid gold. I had to cut the massivore pellets in half and would feed about a dozen halfs with a bowl of cut up shrimp to get them to eat them. The trick I found best with the massivore is to let the pellets soak in water and the shrimp for 15 minutes. This helps the massivore get soft so the rays can chew it. They now eat them by themselves if I just throw the pellets in.

I would feed it the same as all my other fish, NLS. All of the rays we got in at the fish store I was running we got on NLS in under a week.

My Motoro Pup was eating Massivore the day I get her from Aquaman. I use Massivore, Sinking Carnivore and Hikari Gold sinking pellets and alternate the size of the Hikari and try to feed a different one each day.

Pellets in the morning and then Frozen at night.

my second motoro came taking pellets, it showed the older one on the 1st day to take them- I had been trying for 6 months- now they both are taking massivore by the handful and prefer it to anything else
