Is there any chance that my turtle is going to live?

My chinese softshell fell 20+ from the 2nd floor to the basement. Luckily, a board game cushioned its fall. I don't know the full extent of its injuries but it has a few small dents on its shell and moves around slugishly like someone with a head injury.

It escaped from my tank when I wasn't home then slid through one of the girder things on the stairs and fell straight down. It seems to be eating fine but it seems to be really woozy

Yeah I'd take it to a vet and get some x-rays to look for internal injuries.

my baby red ear slider fell fom the top of my kitchen stand while i was in school. found him a week later. he's a turtle hudini, still dont know how he escaped. been three months and he's ok
