Is there anyway to have more than one angelfish and not end up with a pair.

it would be nice to have 4-6 angelfish in my 120 , but since i want to also get a black ghost knife for the same tank, i do not want an aggressive pair to attack the knife or other angels.

i also wouldn't want to keep replacing angelfish because pairs develope.

I dont mind that angelfish pair up but i also wouldn't want a pair to terrorize the tank.

also do angelfish get anymore aggresive as pair than they do as a group.

would it matter that the angels were of different sizes and ages.

that those sound good, would this work get three more angelfish and when they apir up seperate the pairs, or would it screw with there little heads to much.

that sound like it would work. when they pair up, split them. but having six angel fish not pair up, i wonder what the odds of that are. eventually you'll probably end up with all males or all females. do angel fish pair up easily?
