Is there something wrong with my Mala wolf? Curved spine?

I posted a while back about my wolf not eating. He still doesn't eat very frequently. He usually just hides behind the filter tube most of the time. Today I finally caught him resting on the bottom, and I noticed that his spine seems kind of curved... Not sure what exactly is going on, but I'm hoping some of you might be able to chime in. Pics below. please tell me if something is wrong, and if so, can I treat it?

I suppose it should be noted that these pics were taken while he was simply resting on the bottom. He wasn't swimming or treading water or hovering in place or anything like that. Just sitting still. Something looks very strange about the part of his body right past the end of his head.

also, I should mention that the silver side with the carnivore sticks stuffed in it on the sand next to him USED to be his favorite thing in the world.... that one just sat there until I took it out.

looks like he may indeed have injured his spine some time ago. Affects should not be that bad though if he can still swim unaffected.

I bent spine cannot be cured.
