Is this a bargain?

Today we got from a LFS owner (a good friend) a 5x2x2 with beveled (i think its called) edges. With quality hood and stand. Heater, external, lights and other equipment and a 8" F1 Midas (still to pickup) all for £320 what do you think a bargain>?

The only problem is that i have to sell my 40x18x18 but im prepaired to make that sacrifice.
