Is this a bite mark or a disease?

I saw this morning this spot in my puffer fish and I don’t know if it is a bite mark of another puffer or is it a disease?

Can you please help me identify this?
In either case what should I do ?

Looks like a scrape to me - I would watch to make sure it doesn’t get infected. Keep an eye out for redness, puffiness, or a white growth.

I don’t see any current signs of infection - maybe a little red so keep an eye on that.
I would have an antibiotic like kanaplex on hand just in case.
