As far as I can judge from this pic, yes. Yes it appears to be.... any chance you can get better pics? It looks awfully faded.

thanks for the answers, I had another pics to show, but the color looks the same with the pic i posted above. I think it was just stress or faded as mentioned above. The fish is not in my tank yet, but it will be by this weekend, then I'll take more pics, thanks again.
