Is this a blackbelt cichlid?

This little guy (about 2 to 2.5 inches) was labeled Blackbelt at my sketchy local fish store. I'm hoping it is. Can anyone confirm that? Thanks !

I’m no expert, but yes, it does look like a juvenile blackbelt, vieja maculicauda
