Is this a blood parrot?

Hello all is this big guy a blood parrot? I came over to look at my buddies unique guy in the 125 and I have never seen a blood parrot like this. Sorry for the low quality pic.

To me it looks like a parrot. Some parrots don't have that crunched in face. In fact my local pet shop has been getting some really nice ones in lately that don't have that big beak mouth, which honestly i find hideous. Then again it could be a mammon but I don't know enough about that subspecies to say for sure.

I am not a fan also of the beak, but his just threw me off. The lfs has one more that I have put on hold for my tank after seeing this guy. We were trying to figure out if it just has more dominant red devil due to the face. But who knows.
