Is this a breeding dress I see?

Got home today to find my females colors different so I did a water change cause I figured something was bothering her, she's showing black but not normal normal stress bars but like a lighter up front and dark back. There is a male on the other side of divider but they havnt been introduced yet, she's current clearing gravel from the airstone and acting funny. she has never been stressed in this tank and has been settled in nicely for awhile now. What do you guys think?

Looks more like stress. When female FH's are in their "breeding dress", their colors tend intensify and stress bars are more prominent. Her tubes not out either lol.

I realize her tube isn't out, nothing has changed for her to be stressed so idk what her deal is

If she's eating and defecating normally then theirs no need to treat her.

Ok, but by time mine started pooping white stringy stuff she was too far gone. Is she alone in the tank? Just soak pellets in a 3% Epsom salt solution before feeding, or atleast don't feed her for a few days to see if her stomach is bloating.
