I fed my 20 gallon tonight and after a couple minutes of watching the dish feed I noticed a large worm coming out of a hole in the live rock. I googled it and I believe it to be a bristle worm, but I just want to make sure.

Whatever it is, is it dangerous? It didn't seem to be bothering anything, it simply came out and ate a few of the sinking Hikari marine pellets that the clowns didn't get to yet.

Sorry for the bad pictures as well, I only had my phone and wanted to make sure I got it on camera as I've never seen it before tonight.

Yep, that's a bristle worm. Usually harmless, keep the sand stirred up and go through all the nooks and crannies in your live rock.
