I would say cyanoguttatus. I am no expert. Looks like it has breeding colors. I just posted a thread in the breeding section of my texas pair. Their colors and yours are the same.
 
yeah he has fertilized 2 clutches of eggs but female ate them both times? Majority of eggs did not turn white and even had wrigglers at one point!
 
that stinks. how big is he? he looks like my smaller male. My male doesn't have a kok by any means but maybe yours is still young. my male is 8"+ while my female is barely 4" on a good day
 
yeah im thinking its a captive mixed carp or maybe even has some cyano in it but not pure cyano, do you have any pics of it not in its breeding colors?
 
That would make for some cool babies. Keep updating. My first thought was cyano.
