:nilly: Going crazy with trying to give the best nutritional diet any fish would want..Can you tell me if this is sufficient.

Frozen blood worms, Frozen krill, Frozen beef heart, Alife pellet, Aweek pellet, occational feeders.

Am i missing anything ..just wanted to get this baby healthy.

This is what I feed my flowerhorns and other fish

Pellet blend
- Chingmix SP80 Headbooster
- Chingmix SP80 Maxima
- Alife
- Hikari Cichlid Gold
- Hikari Sinking Carnivore
- Hikari Cichlid Excel

For my fish I am pumping I have the same blend with extra chingmix

Non pellets
Market shrimp
Krill
Mealworms / Supers for big boys
Blood worms

I would trade one of those out for Omega One Cichlid. It uses whole salmon and krill as a base, the only food I know of that does so. In my opinion, Omega One is the best you can buy.

That salmon is very fatty, as you can see that's a big difference from Cichlid Gold and to my knowledge there is no coloring enhancements by using salmon.
