is this a decent deal?

Have been trying to find a bigger tank to stay in front of the growth of my fish, and I found a 125 gal tank w/stand on craigslist. He was asking $300, but I have him down to $225. It's hard to gauge what the value of a used tank from craigslist is these days, people seem to pull these numbers from the sky it sometimes seems! Anyway, I want to get back to the guy, so can anyone assure me this is a decent deal?

i'd think so... I just saw a 75 locally, for $250, everything including a stand... I guess it depends on what all is included and how bad you want one.

if its tank and stand with extras jump all over it, just tank and stand even 225 isn't a bad price at least around here, people think their 55s are made of gold and they ask more than they originally paid, dunno how that one works haha

tank + stand in good condition seems like a great deal. I bought a 90g tank with furniture quality stand for $200 a year ago.
